Biographie de Green Wave
Source / Auteur : lucifer Date : 10/09/2010 Nb consultation : 7
1975 green wave started with the slogan „the last rockband before the border“ and at many events during their years as a live-band they gathered around themselves a circle of friends, even beyond the frontiers of Saarland and Germany up to the Amsterdam Melkweg. in the last years they spent a lot of time in their own studio, producing their friends´ and their own stuff. In the meantime, 2010, they present, after more than 30 years as a legend in the (south-west) German-rock-scene with „…we used to cut the green grass…/…the war is over…” LEICO 8725, a real independantly produced, riped-out, energy-driven double- CD, that belongs to the concept -story:“…green days on a planet blue…“, (their debut-CD „the inner garden“, LEICO 8548 also belongs to this concept-story). more infos on www.myspace.com/greenwavesaar or www.green-wave.nl order the double cd at green-wave48@web.de Double-cd-price18,50€(+1,50€ porto) Live/ CD -reviews: http://www.regioactive.de/artistnews/9128/doppel_cd_rezension_in_der_saarbruecker_zeitung_04062009.html (Saarbrücken, Deutschland) http://www.krautrockseite.de/news_cd.htm (Hamburg, Deutschland) http://www.musiker-online.de/fileadmin/Redakteure/AllgBilder/Magazin/Magazin0409/MM0409_Rezensionen.pdf (Lüneburg, Deutschland) http://allover-ffm-rock.de/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=5295&Itemid=91 (Frankfurt, Deutschland) http://thedayoftimestop.webs.com/nofreakouts.htm (scroll down to dies irae/green wave) (Montreal, Kanada) http://psychedeliccentral.com/cdalbumreviews/greenwave.html (Chowchilla,California,USA) green wave line-up: Sven Gross (keyboards, voc.), Daniel Minnerath (guitars), Deddé Schäfer (bass, voc.), Stefan Richter (keyboards, voc.), Rainer Wahlmann (vox, harp, perc.), Ralph Dommisch(drums), Christoph Waltner (guitars)
