We can now confirm that the level of support shown by you, the fans, has ensured that the book will be printed in the luxury format we had hoped. Thank you all! The book is to be published by Essential Works who are respected publishers based in London. The pre-ordering will take place on their website. There is also an extensive "Frequently Asked Questions" section at their site - which will answer many of your queries. Please be aware that this book will not be available in high street shops or other online retailers. The book can ONLY be ordered via the Essential Works website. The book is also being produced in a special, limited edition format which obviously means that stocks are not endless. ‘Lifting Shadows’ is being produced because of YOUR support – something for which I am truly grateful. As a special added thank you, it has been agreed with the publishers that for a limited time, those of you ordering soon will get your names printed in the book, in a special “Roll Of Honour” section at the rear of the Images book.
